O Divine Redeemer Jesus Christ, as You were placed in the crib by Mary your Mother, we remember how You came to us as a helpless Child.
I humbly adore and thank You for having humbled Yourself to be born in a stable for my Salvation.
I wish that I could show You tenderness, as your Virgin Mother held you close to Her Immaculate Heart.
I wish that I could praise You with the joy of the angels, singing their Gloria’s!
I wish that I could kneel before You with the faith of St. Joseph, your Foster Father.
Now, uniting myself with these first adorers at Your crib, I promise as a Brother Knight and Faithful Son of the Church, to unite my family and work to be spiritually renewed by your Nativity.
Grant that from this day forward, I may seek your greater glory, and may enjoy that peace promised to “men of good will” (Luke 2:14). Amen!
